Senior Product Owner - Digital Ops (all genders)

• Shape the vision and roadmap for your product in close collaboration with the stream lead (Airport or Aircraft)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to thoroughly analyze existing processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and design actionable solutions
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers to develop scalable solutions and products that leverage complex, large-scale data, data science, and AI techniques to improve operational efficiency and optimization
• Independently write user stories to build up awell-structured product backlog that translate operational needs into action
• Prioritize effectively, ensuring the backlog aligns with strategic goals and delivers maximum value to the company
• Lead cross-functional teams through lateral leadership, driving delivery of improvements reliably and on time

Do you have experience in Agile?, * At least 5 years' experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager

• In depth experience in developing digital (data and AI) products that drive impact
• Familiarity working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
• Experience with operational processes in an airline are a plus
• Fluent business English skills, * An analytical mindset andenthusiasm for digging into data
• Ability to prioritize and know when & how to say "no"
• A problem-solving mindset who can break complex problems up into bite-size pieces
• Ability to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment
• Ability to keep the team spirit ata high leveleven in stressful times and times of ambiguous priorities

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner (all genders) for the OPS Heartbeat Program - a strategic initiative designed to transform operational excellence. In this role you'll be responsible for one working stream (Airport/Aircraft) by delivering high impact initiatives that improve both our customers' experience as well as our internal processes. The role is more than building a product-it's about creating a solution that fundamentally reshapes operational processes based on data, AI solutions and end-to-end automation.
