In this role as Network Engineer you will:
Design, build, operate, and maintain high-availability cloud and on-premise network infrastructures for IT and digital broadcast services.
Contribute to the architecture and implementation of secure network solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Support the delivery and operational readiness of customer and partner services.
Handle Level 2 support activities, incident resolution, and service requests.
Analyze operational needs and propose network, tooling, and process improvements.
Participate in the deployment and operation of temporary IT and digital broadcast networks for major international events.
Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple locations.
Produce and maintain technical documentation in English.

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience working in a similar position in high paced environments.
Demonstrable experience in IT service providers, media, broadcast or telecommunications environments is a plus.
Experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments is a plus.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, routing, and switching.
Expertise or working knowledge of Cisco networking platforms, such as Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, and ASR (experience with Cisco ACI is a plus).
Strong knowledge of routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP.
Knowledge of IPv4 multicast in enterprise or broadcast environments.
Solid understanding of core network and infrastructure services, including:
DNS, NTP, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP, SIP
SSL/TLS and Public Key Infrastructures (PKI)
Experience with VPN technologies, particularly IPsec; OpenVPN knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of IPv6 connectivity and firewalling concepts.
Knowledge of cloud networking, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
AWS networking certifications will be considered an advantage.
Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
