This is a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of employment, incentives, and pensions law at a world-leading firm, working at the intersection of law, technology, and information management., As a key member of our team, you will be at the heart of our legal intelligence operations. You won't just be supporting our lawyers; you'll be empowering them. In this dynamic role, you will:
- Be on the pulse of the legal world: Help our team stay ahead by tracking key cases, researching legal and market developments, and drafting insightful updates for our lawyers and clients.
- Curate our collective wisdom: Take ownership of our internal knowledge collections, ensuring our expert knowhow is captured, organised, and instantly accessible to our global team.
- Create and innovate: Support the development of essential knowledge products, from standard forms and practice notes to client reports and podcasts, helping to shape how we share our expertise.
- Become a resource guru: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cutting-edge external databases and internal SharePoint sites, acting as a guide for the practice and helping to train your colleagues.
- Drive strategy and collaboration: Work alongside senior Knowledge Lawyers, attend strategy meetings, and contribute to firmwide projects that enhance our ability to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent experience, coupled with strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and oral English.
- A confident, proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and manage your own workload.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft 365 tools like Excel.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- A keen interest in the commercial world and the legal industry.
