Job description

We are looking for a Service Desk Support Engineer to provide second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting first-line support, and ensuring IT services run smoothly across Trust sites., * Provide second-line IT support for desktops, laptops, and network issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests.
  • Install and configure software and hardware as needed.
  • Log and manage incidents in the IT Service Management system.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Varied PC hardware/software support, installation, and administration, including Windows 11 and Office 365 support.

  • Ability to understand and address technical tasks and concepts effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve PC faults, both in person and over the phone., * Proven experience in second-line IT support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Full Clean Valid driving license.
