Solution Architect - AI & Automation

Job Title: Solutions Architect (AI and Automation) Location: Remote (occasional travel to London required) Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (Depending on location)

Solutions Architect Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and ethical AI and data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture across AI, machine learning, and data platforms.
• Maintain architectural blueprints ensuring interoperability, resilience, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead architecture design reviews and provide technical leadership to delivery teams using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor technical teams and promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and security.

Solutions Architect Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure ML, Power BI).
• Expertise in modern data engineering approaches such as ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and SaaS integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance, information security, and AI ethics within regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
