Job description

As a Managing Consultant in SAP SD/MM, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions to optimize sales, distribution, and materials management processes. You will guide clients through transformation initiatives, ensuring business value and operational excellence.

  • Solution Leadership: Oversee the configuration and implementation of SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions;
  • Process Optimization: Drive improvements across order-to-cash, procurement, and logistics processes to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain performance;
  • Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, PP, EWM) and third-party systems to support end-to-end process flows and data consistency;
  • Client Engagement: Lead workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes;

Requirements

  • Functional Expertise: Strong expertise in sales and distribution processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, logistics execution) as well as procurement and inventory management. Proven experience integrating SAP SD/MM with other SAP modules (FI, PP, EWM, QM) and third-party systems. Skilled in business process design, system configuration, and end-user enablement;
  • Leadership & Project Delivery: Ability to lead client workshops, define functional specifications, and oversee key project phases including UAT and go-live. Experienced in managing project risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions;
  • Languages: Fluent in German (mandatory) and English, with excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. French is a plus;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
