SAP CAR Coordinator

As SAP CAR Coordinator you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) platform to ensure retail data consistency by integrating the point-of-sale data with SAP ERP and providing real-time inventory visibility with third-party systems.

What will the role entail?

• POS Data Management: Design, improve, customize and oversee the processing of sales data using POS DTA (Point of Sale Data Transfer and Audit) to ensure accurate integration with SAP S/4HANA and other downstream systems.
• Inventory & Availability: Lead the configuration and support of Inventory Visibility for third-party systems.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents for CAR configurations, ensuring compliance with retail best practices.
• Process Improvement: Stay updated on SAP Retail and CAR roadmaps, leading initiatives to implement new functionalities that drive operational efficiency and implement changes requested by the Business areas.

Do you have experience in Sales?, * POS DTA: Deep expertise in Workbench monitoring, task processing, and integration with external POS systems.

• Inventory Visibility: Proven experience in configuring the Multichannel Sales Repository and stock projection functions.
• HANA Technology: Familiarity with SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) for data replication.
• Integration: Solid understanding of IDocs, RFCs, and API-based communication between CAR, S/4HANA, and e-commerce platforms.
