IT System Engineer - Madrid

Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service. As IT System Engineer you are responsible for:

• To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)

• Mixed work on site and remote.

• To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems

• To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis

• To take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented project

Do you have experience in Windows?, * At least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow

• Good knowledge of IT network and domain.

• Experience with Windows Server, Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server.

• Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills

• Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers

• Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus

• Oracle DBA or expert in Oracle database could be a plus.

• Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally
