Job description
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will manage the design, implementation, customisation, and optimisation of Salesforce across global business functions. You will work with stakeholders from Sales, After-Sales, Customer Service, and IT to ensure robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions., * Lead full-cycle Salesforce delivery: discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and handover.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Configure and customise multiple Salesforce Clouds and support integrations (e.g., ERP, BI systems).

Facilitate workshops, demos, and training for users across functions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver quality outcomes.

Support pre-sales and internal project scoping initiatives.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal standards.
Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform configuration.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience working with multinational or multi-site deployments.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) are a strong advantage.
BONUS SKILLS :

Experience with integrations (API, middleware).

Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL.

Prior consultancy or partner experience.

Understanding of governance, security, and enterprise system design.
