For our office in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management Consultant who enjoys working at the intersection of IT and supply chain operations. At Fagron, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across our global organization, acting as a trusted partner who helps teams translate business needs into smart, scalable digital solutions.
In this role, you'll use your expertise to understand supply chain challenges and turn them into clear, practical solutions. You'll guide the implementation of IT applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping teams work more efficiently and making a real impact across Fagron's global operations.
You'll collaborate with fellow consultants to support the global rollout of Dynamics 365, both locally and internationally. We're looking for someone with an agile mindset who enjoys inspiring and guiding others to embrace new solutions, making it easier for teams around the world to work smarter and more efficiently., * Analyze and define the supply chain business requirements, considering technical feasibility, budget, timing, and the existing architecture, while meeting GxP quality standards.
- Convert requirements into functional specifications, forming the foundation for technical analysis and project planning.
- Support the full project lifecycle - from identifying challenges to implementing and supporting solutions - together with internal teams and partners.
- Train, coach and support internal users filling confident using the applications.
- Act as a trusted partner for Fagron entities, helping them adopt and leverage IT applications effectively.
- Continuously promote and stimulate agile development and drive continuous improvement of quality regarding the IT application landscape.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * Experience +3 years working with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly within manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Flows)
- Knowledge of Prince2, Lean, Scrum and/or Agile methodologies.
- Comfort working in an international, cross-border environment.
- A proactive mindset, able to work independently while collaborating closely with others.
- Interest in business processes and change management.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
