Job description

Your new role

As the Source to Pay / Procure to Pay (S2P/P2P) Business Change Lead, you will play a central role in preparing the organisation for the changes brought by a wider Oracle Fusion implementation. You will lead change management and business readiness activity, working closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, Purchasing, and related AP processes. This is a business-focused role rather than a system design role - you will act as a functional subject-matter expert, guide end users, support training and readiness, and help the business understand process changes and system behaviour. You will also support testing activities by helping users understand expected outcomes and by triaging issues.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential experience:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay / Procure to Pay (S2P/P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience delivering change, business readiness, or user adoption activities within a transformation programme.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly messages.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system or process transformation.

Desirable experience:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / S2P experience in a functional support, super user, or change leadership capacity.
  • Change management accreditation (e.g., PROSCI, APMG).
  • Experience supporting UAT, hypercare, or early post-go-live environments.
  • Understanding of integration points with Finance or Supply Chain.
