This is a luxury travel company based out of Kensington.
Your new role
You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support across the client's service desk, resolving tickets and answering calls, and providing mobile support too.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in similar role
- Previous experience in a Windows-heavy environment
- Strong InTune experience
- Experience with either ServiceNow or Jira is a nice to have
What you'll get in return
