Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable Dialler & Reporting Analyst to manage our sales dialler systems, create and maintain reporting, and support data processes across the business. This role requires a mix of operational accuracy, advanced reporting skills, and database knowledge to ensure that both internal teams and external partners receive accurate, timely, and actionable information.

You will take ownership of dialler list management, Power BI dashboards, SQL reporting, and partner commission reports, working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Partner Management., * Dialler Operations

  • Manage and maintain all dialler lists and campaign data.
  • Create and update dialler scripts, including variable substitution and resing.
  • Design, test, and maintain daily data load routines for the dialler.
  • Monitor and report on dialler performance and campaign efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and external use.
  • Produce weekly and monthly partner commission reports.
  • Deliver regular partner and underwriter reports
  • Create and distribute internal agent and management reports (Leads, Sales, Margin, etc.)
  • Maintain FreshDesk complaints reporting
  • Generate MaxContact dialler data reports.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from across the business.

UBIQ Reporting

  • Maintain existing UBIQ reports.
  • Build new Power BI routines for new partners to produce files for: Email distribution, loading into the dialler, import into internal systems.

SQL & Database Work

  • Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction from multiple databases.
  • Provide advice and expertise on database structures to optimise reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support data validation and governance processes.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Support

  • Liaise with partner managers, sales teams, and underwriters to ensure data accuracy and reporting alignment.
  • Work closely with Data Analyst on internal reporting requirements
  • Support marketing file creation and regular campaign data requests.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience in dialler data management and script creation.

  • Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, report publishing).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience producing multi-format sales, partner, and performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of database structures and data validation processes.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and Power Query.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience with MaxContact dialler and UBIQ reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of FreshDesk reporting.
  • Familiarity with marketing data processes.
  • Understanding of partner/underwriter reporting requirements., * Bachelor's (required), * Power BI: 3 years (required)
