End of Term Specialist

The Global End of Term (EOT) Returns Team operates within the Asset Management Division of HPE Financial Services. We are responsible for managing hardware assets which have been returned by lease customers and processed by our Technology Renewal Centers (TRC) globally. The team's remit is to accurately terminate leases & invoice customers accordingly as well as make available to Sales Teams a consistent supply of all types of hardware from tablets, notebooks & printers through to complex datacenters from all commercial vendors., * Interact with customer-facing specialists in-country

• Terminate lease contracts with a high degree of accuracy
• Resolve complex data comparison issues
• Efficiently prioritize daily tasks

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * First level university degree or equivalent experience.

• Typically 1-2 years in a data analysis role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Confident MS Excel user
• Good communicator - written & verbal
• Competent problem solver
• Proven data analysis skills
• Efficient time manager
• Ability to focus on fine detail
