Staff Systems Engineer (Rust) - Remote Work

• Own the design and implementation of complex, high-availability systems in Rust within a cloud-native stack.
• Set the technical vision for backend and infrastructure systems across engineering teams.
• Evaluate and introduce tools and approaches that improve platform performance and scalability.
• Partner with product and ML teams to integrate LLM and RAG capabilities into platform workflows.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and guide teams toward best practices in Rust and distributed systems.
• Identify and resolve systemic reliability and performance risks across the platform.

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 7+ years of experience in IT roles.

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with Rust or Go as a primary language.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes-native microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive background in distributed systems design and delivery at enterprise scale.
• Experience bringing LLM or RAG solutions to production.
• Proven ability to drive and align technical decisions across multiple engineering teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
