Principal Full Stack Engineer - Remote Work

We're looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer who has mastered both ends of the stack and now leads from a platform perspective - someone who has designed full-stack systems that sit at the core of how engineering organizations work, and who brings the cross-team influence to get complex initiatives across the finish line. You're TypeScript-native, you understand Kubernetes-native platform development deeply, and you've worked in environments where the platform you build directly enables AI and machine learning at scale. This is a role for someone ready to operate at the highest level of individual contributor impact.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and deliver full-stack platform systems using Node.js and React that operate at enterprise scale.
• Establish the technical direction for full-stack platform engineering across the organization.
• Lead the design of Kubernetes-native microservices that underpin AI and ML platform workflows.
• Drive TypeScript standards and best practices across frontend and backend codebases organization-wide.
• Influence product and engineering strategy as a senior technical voice across teams and leadership.
• Develop and elevate staff and senior engineers through mentorship and hands-on technical collaboration.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 10+ years of experience in IT roles.

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with Node.js and React as the primary stack.
• Expert TypeScript proficiency across the full stack, including build systems and framework internals.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes-native platform architecture in production at scale.
• Background contributing to or building for AI/ML platforms.
• Proven ability to drive technical direction and lead cross-team initiatives at a Principal level.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
