Staff Backend Engineer (Go) - Remote Work

We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer with strong Go expertise who is ready to take on the backend challenges of an enterprise AI platform - not just as an individual contributor, but as someone who defines how backend systems are built and evolve across the team. You've worked on distributed systems at scale, you know how to keep them running reliably under pressure, and you naturally influence the technical direction of the engineers and teams around you. The platform you'll help build processes machine learning workloads for some of the world's largest organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and implement scalable backend services in Go, deployed across Kubernetes-native cloud environments.
• Take ownership of complex backend systems powering AI and machine learning workloads for enterprise clients.
• Drive backend technical strategy and ensure alignment across engineering efforts.
• Build and improve LLM/RAG pipeline integrations within the backend infrastructure.
• Champion engineering quality through code reviews, documentation, and internal standards.
• Serve as a technical reference for the team, enabling engineers to tackle challenging problems effectively.

Do you have experience in Machine learning?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 7+ years of experience in IT roles.

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems using Go or Rust as a primary language.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes-native architecture and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Strong command of distributed systems concepts and large-scale backend delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with LLM, RAG, or related AI technologies in production.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and drive alignment across teams and organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
