- Mentor and guide engineers on best practices for distributed systems design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Influence cross-project and cross-team technical decisions to drive high-quality implementations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Distributed Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale, fault-tolerant systems. You will define architectural patterns, ensure performance and scalability, and mentor engineering teams in best practices for distributed systems. The ideal candidate combines hands-on expertise with leadership skills to influence multiple projects and teams., * 7+ years of experience with distributed systems, scalability, and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
