Staff Distributed Systems Engineer - Remote Work

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of distributed systems with high scalability and fault tolerance.
• Define architectural patterns and best practices for large-scale distributed systems.
• Optimize system performance across distributed architectures and enterprise applications.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and responsiveness at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate distributed systems with cloud and enterprise architectures.

Do you have experience in Leadership?, We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Distributed Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale, fault-tolerant systems. You will define architectural patterns, ensure performance and scalability, and mentor engineering teams in best practices for distributed systems. The ideal candidate combines hands-on expertise with leadership skills to influence multiple projects and teams., * 7+ years of experience with distributed systems, scalability, and fault-tolerant architectures.

• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Strong understanding of system security.
• In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
• Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
• Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
