Digital Business Expert - Savings

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Epert to join our Savings Team, Team of Investment and Funds Entrusted Tribe where we aim to help and encourage customers to manage their wealth in a simple and efficient way, while we have a lot of fun!

The responsibility of this team is focused on retail ING's customers, offering them solutions to grow their money. You aim at improving ING's performance and identify opportunities to better serve and delight customers in the product suit we offer in both savings and investments within the retail sector and our way of working is to provide the best solution for Customer processes considering market behaviors and needs, regulations, costs reduction and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Making things happen, helping others be successful, always being one step ahead-that's our DNA, * You are part of thedelivery team to define functional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go-live.

• Lead discovery phase of the new process to implement, liase with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical) for requirements definition, collaborate with different areas to define technical solution to implement, and align all the key stakeholders to ensure meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and dependencies that can appear among the project eecution.
• Be aware of industry and market trends, bring new ideas to scale up our business
• Analyze data to etract operational information for decision-making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Ecel, Power Point, etc..). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Have a data mindset, you observe what happens around you and what we are building and challenge or adapt if we are not going in the right direction, building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or eternal parties.
• You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
• Work in Agile teams, focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.
• Be also an active member of a Chapter supporting in improving the way of working and where you work on your craftsmanship.
• Be a team player. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of (new) services & functionalities. As an epert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.

Do you have experience in System development?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master or bachelor's degree around 5 years of eperience managing comple projects.
