Job description

This position will be responsible for a multitude of website related tasks whilst maintaining key relationships with several departments. The candidate will have great organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to filter/prioritise feedback and requests. What You'll Be Doing: Content:

  • Upload content on EU websites and apps using the CMS and personalisation/optimisation tool.
  • Scheduling the content to go live accordingly with launch times.
  • Responsible for QA testing and analysing of all content and links to ensure that information that is live is accurate to the brief through coordination and validation.
  • Regular QA of the localised websites and site walkthroughs of emerging markets.
  • Troubleshooting, communicating and/or resolving any issues.
  • Required to attend weekly content marketing meetings and work collaboratively with various departments including Trade and Web Production.

Project and Process:

  • Manage site and app copy change requests (translation upload, help page amendments and ad-hoc service updates)
  • Perform audits and gap analysis and use findings to develop recommendations to improvement site and content operations.
  • Gather and share optimisation improvements across the customer journey through competitor research and analysing key metrics.
  • Assist with Weekly and Monthly reporting that is shared out to the wider teams.
  • Support the Manager with testing and bug reporting/resolution across our sites and apps.
  • When required, collaborate with the Manager on various small to large scale Digital projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, Urban Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to play a key role in the content and web management for the EU sites and apps. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly flexible, and driven individual who can excel under pressure, work within tight time constraints and is able to plan ahead., * Excellent time management skills and an ability to drive any task or project forward to ensure it meets its deadlines.

  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with a great ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive personality that is able to identify and resolve issues before they go out to the customer; follow-through until resolution is vital.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Desirable:

  • Competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications.
  • Familiar with the QA process.
  • Technical expertise to answer questions about or troubleshoot problems with the site/app and CMS.
  • Understanding of global eCommerce site and app experiences.
