This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our Digital Infrastructure Solutions Teams, ensuring our server and data storage infrastructure - both on-premises and in the cloud - is robust, secure, and future-ready. Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of server and data infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, enterprise-class storage).
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT environments, including cloud platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills - able to motivate, mentor, and empower teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in budget management, technical strategy development, and delivering projects to tight deadlines.
  • Advanced communication skills - able to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of IT security, business continuity, and compliance
