Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Training Administrator to join our team in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation, and working in a structured technical environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of technical training programmes, ensuring courses run smoothly and delegates receive an excellent experience., * Coordinate and schedule technical training courses

  • Manage training bookings, joining instructions, and attendance records
  • Maintain accurate training databases and certification records
  • Liaise with trainers, delegates, and internal departments
  • Prepare training materials and course documentation
  • Organise venues, equipment, and technical resources
  • Process invoices and manage training-related administration

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous experience in an administrative role (training/L&D environment desirable)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal database systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
