Job description

We're looking for a proactive Technical Training Centre Support Administrator to play an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits and engages with our training centre., * Deliver friendly front-of-house support, greeting delegates and managing sign-in processes.

  • Coordinate training bookings, manage the training calendar, and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Support training operations by preparing materials, organising delegate lunches, and maintaining supplies.
  • Handle invoicing for internal and external customers.
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure smooth delivery of all training activities.
  • Keep documentation organised, accurate, and up to date., * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays: this is based on a 5 day working week (pro rata to 20 days plus Bank Holidays for a 4 day working week)

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers at all levels.
  • Experience in administration, front-of-house duties, or customer service.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to work independently.
