Job description
The "Join the Dots" Initiative: Lead the regional strategic engagement with key channel partners to integrate CLSS into their standard work, from winning new projects to maintenance contracts.
SaaS Profitability Consulting: Act as a business consultant to partners, using ROI calculators to prove how CLSS, remote testing and digital compliance increase their technician capacity and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
Technical Overlay: Support Territory Managers on complex digital specifications, ensuring that "Coupled" hardware/software solutions are the default choice for all new projects.
Enablement & Evangelism: Design and deliver "Digital Transformation Workshops" for partner leadership teams, moving them from a Capex mindset to an Opex/Lifecycle mindset.
Feedback Loop: Partner with Product Management (Matrix) to ensure the EN-certified fire systems (Esser, Notifier, Gent, etc.) are evolving to meet local European digital market needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SaaS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, IoT, or Cloud-based software environment (PropTech, Industrial IoT, or Enterprise Software experience is highly preferred).
- Channel Mastery: Proven track record of managing or enabling 2nd-tier channels/distributors through a digital transition.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to discuss NPV, IRR, and Gross Retention Rates (GRR) with partner CEOs, while also discussing API integrations and Cloud Architecture with technical leads.Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science. An MBA is a plus.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience with the "Push-Pull" sales methodology.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned region.Deep understanding of the "Subscription Economy" and how to minimize churn in a service-led model.
