Data Analyst

I'm partnering with an ambitious, high-growth fintech startup that is expanding its Finance & Data Science function and looking to bring in an experienced Data Analyst to help drive smarter, data-led decision making across the company.

With the business scaling quickly, they need someone who can translate complex datasets into clear, commercially focused insights. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, product, marketing, and operations, ensuring that analysis directly supports strategy and performance.

This position blends hands-on technical work with stakeholder engagement. You'll be responsible for developing dashboards, managing and improving data pipelines, and delivering analysis that shapes key business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Producing actionable insights to inform commercial and strategic decisions
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and opportunities
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
• Supporting and optimising data pipelines and workflows
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Do you have experience in Spark?, * Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R

• Practical experience using DBT and Airflow
• A track record of delivering analysis that influences business performance
• Confidence communicating insights to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
