Job description

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and Active Directory services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patching, hardening).
  • Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and integrate Dynamics 365 (on-premises) with third-party systems.
  • Deploy, configure, and administer SharePoint farms, workflows, and search services.
  • Install, configure, optimize, and secure IIS environments, including SSL/TLS lifecycle management.
  • Administer and optimize SQL Server databases, implementing HA/DR strategies (Always On, clustering, replication, backup/restore).
  • Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for enterprise workloads.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools such as Dynatrace, SCOM, and Nagios.
  • Implement security controls and ensure compliance with EU regulations and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deploy and maintain enterprise services.
  • Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and DevSecOps practices.
  • Produce structured technical documentation and contribute to technical working groups.

Requirements

This role combines hands-on system administration with engineering expertise to design, maintain, and continuously improve scalable and secure platforms across Windows infrastructure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, IIS, and SQL Server environments., * Certification: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server); Dynamics 365 required, SharePoint is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering secure, high-availability enterprise platforms.
  • Strong experience with DevSecOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in authentication and identity management (OAuth, Kerberos, NTLM, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Proven PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • B2 level English proficiency or higher.
