Senior Data Analyst

In this role, you will work within a dynamic cluster alongside other performance analysts focused on Run & Change activities. You will play a central role in strengthening the culture of performance, enabling smarter decision-making, and driving measurable business growth., * Drive strategic decisions by analyzing campaign performance and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Promote a performance culture within your cluster by documenting processes, supporting stakeholders, and training users on analytics tools.

You are both analytical and influential someone who not only understands data but inspires others to act on it.

• Minimum 3 years of experience measuring marketing & communication performance.
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, the marketing funnel, and the conversion funnel.
• Proven experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau and/or Power BI).
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SemRush, Sprinklr.
• Strong command of SQL and SAS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English and French with knowledge of Dutch, or vice versa.
