Job description

As an L2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced IT support, resolving complex incidents, and ensuring smooth operations across our IT ecosystem.

Build side:

  • Install, configure, and update workstations, peripherals, and applications via SCCM
  • Prepare and configure user environments for new equipment
  • Integrate new devices and optimize existing workstations
  • Maintain IT asset management and documentation
  • Support cloud tools setup (OneDrive for Business)

Run side:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, remotely or on-site
  • Manage incident tickets proactively and ensure SLA compliance
  • Support mobile devices (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile) via MDM tools (Knox, Intune)
  • Coordinate user appointments and manage own schedule
  • Administer Active Directory accounts and permissions

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, You have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support or second-line support environments. You enjoy problem-solving, helping end-users, and constantly improving IT processes. You are looking for an environment where your technical expertise and collaborative approach make a real impact., * Windows 10/11, Office 365

  • Mobile device management (Knox, Intune)
  • IT ticketing systems and IT asset management
  • Active Directory and OneDrive for Business
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Full proficiency in French , Dutch and English
