Job description

High-end office service provider. 5 days in the office. The role will start on a temp-to-perm basis, so it is important that candidates are comfortable beginning in a temporary capacity with the intention of moving into a permanent position. I am not able to consider candidates who are only seeking an immediate permanent role.

I am seeking a commercially sharp and execution-focused Strategic Business & Transformation Assistant who can help translate strategic ideas into clear, practical delivery plans.

This role sits close to the CEO and plays an important part in driving business improvement initiatives from planning through to execution. You will support strategic projects across the organisation, helping to identify operational inefficiencies, introduce scalable improvements, and ensure key initiatives are delivered with accountability and measurable results.

The successful individual will combine strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, helping the business strengthen operational efficiency while supporting long-term growth and scalability.

Key Experience & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Translate strategic ideas into clear action plans and implementation roadmaps
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements across the business
  • Conduct market research and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Evaluate and implement AI and technology solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Present structured, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure strategic priorities are aligned and executed effectively

Requirements

  • Experience within consulting, strategy, or high-growth scale-up environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgement
  • Confident challenging assumptions while remaining focused on practical solutions
  • Able to translate strategy into clear execution plans
  • Curious about AI and technology, with an interest in how it can improve productivity
