Change Manager

Do you have experience in Time management?, You'll hold an ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or equivalent knowledge, with a strong understanding of Change Management principles. Organised and delivery-focused, you bring effective planning, time-management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow ITSM is essential. You simplify complex issues, analyse and present data clearly, and work independently or collaboratively. Knowledge of mobile and fixed-line telecoms is advantageous, and enhanced security clearance may be required depending on customer or data classification.
