Job description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PPM & Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management . In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and financial performance of our PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contract. You will also act as the main point of contact for client escalations, making sure that service levels and expectations are met efficiently., Lead PPM processes for the contract, ensuring best practices with colleagues and sub-contractors. Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to queries and ensuring issue resolution. Manage the end-to-end PPM process, including logging corrective works and raising purchase orders. Generate and share KPI reports monthly with the Account Manager. Ensure timely job completion to keep WIP (Work in Progress) levels at a minimum. Manage lift inspections and fire risk assessment remedial actions. Support helpdesk functions by answering calls, logging jobs, and dispatching work as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in managing complex relationships. Experience with CAFM and finance management systems. A proactive approach to working independently and within a team. High attention to detail and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., * CAFM: 2 years (required)
