IT and Data Process Consultant

The IT and Data Process Consultant focuses on improving operational quality within a large IT and Data organization by establishing and improving processes, standards, and guidelines. The role contributes to continuous improvement of IT and data processes and supports the organization in increasing process maturity and operational efficiency.

You will work within a team responsible for IT and Data process improvement and for fostering a strong learning culture. The focus is on applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and strengthening in-house capabilities in process and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support business process owners in maintaining and improving processes
• Increase Business Process Management maturity within the IT and Data organization
• Update and manage processes in the myProcess (ARIS) environment
• Analyze IT and Data processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows
• Improve service quality using Lean and Six Sigma techniques
• Enable data-driven decision making using process KPIs and analytics
• Identify operational waste and unnecessary costs

Do you have a Master's degree?, * 6-12 years of experience in process design, preferably as a consultant within a corporate environment

• At least 5 years of experience within a large organization and IT/Data environments
• Experience with ARIS business process analysis and management software
• BSc or MSc in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field
