Job description
We are looking for a Change & Deployment Manager to coordinate software deployments in a complex technical environment, We are looking for a Change & Deployment Manager to coordinate software deployments in a complex technical environment. In this role, you ensure that system updates and releases are delivered safely and efficiently across multiple environments and customer sites.
You will work closely with engineering teams, service teams, and stakeholders to plan releases, manage risks, and make sure deployments run smoothly with minimal impact on operational systems.

What you will do
- Coordinate and manage software deployments across development and customer environments
- Plan and maintain release schedules and deployment calendars
- Prepare deployment documentation, including runbooks, release notes, and rollback procedures
- Assess risks and impacts before deployments
- Prepare test environments and coordinate deployment rehearsals
- Lead deployments in production environments and monitor system behavior after release
- Work closely with engineering teams, service teams, and stakeholders during deployment activities
- Manage issues during deployments and coordinate resolution when needed
- Support change management processes and Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Contribute to improving deployment processes and tools
- Provide guidance to engineers and support go-live and commissioning activities, * Deployment and collaboration tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, Git)
- CI/CD pipelines and modern software development processes
- Virtual machines and infrastructure environments
- Container platforms such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Scripting tools such as PowerShell
Nice to have
- Experience with one or more of the following areas is considered a plus:
- Industrial or automation environments
- Warehouse automation systems (WMS/WCS)
- Networking or infrastructure environments
- Integration testing or DevOps practices
- Control systems such as PLCs or industrial equipment
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, informatics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
- At least 4 years of experience working in technical environments supporting operational systems
- Experience coordinating technical projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes (ITIL)
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders in a fast-moving technical environment
- Willingness to travel internationally when required (up to approximately 50%)
