Technical Administrator

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be a key point of contact for customers - handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing product and technical support (full training provided). You'll also have the chance to learn about CAD and engineering design as part of your development within the company., * Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

• Providing technical and product support (training provided)
• Processing sales orders, quotations, and customer documentation
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service
• Supporting the technical and sales teams with administrative tasks
• Learning to assist with basic CAD drawings as part of your ongoing training

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and administration, and who is keen to build a long-term career within a technical or engineering environment., * Previous experience in customer service or administration (any industry considered)

• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Confident using IT systems and comfortable learning new software
