Data Developer

We are looking for a Database Developer to join a growing technology team, with responsibility for creating and maintaining high-performing database systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that data is well-structured, secure, and accessible, supporting business decision-making and future growth. Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing database structures, stored procedures, and applications.
• Improving system efficiency through query tuning and performance monitoring.
• Developing and supporting ETL pipelines to bring data together from a variety of sources.
• Safeguarding data accuracy and integrity through quality controls and validation.
• Managing database security, backups, and recovery processes.
• Producing clear technical documentation to support ongoing use and future development.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
• Proficiency in tools such as SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and advanced Excel.
• Understanding of best practices in database design and optimisation.
• A logical and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
