Job description
As a CRM Administrator, you will use HubSpot to analyse performance data, monitor lead follow-up activity, and review call quality to identify trends and improvement opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure leads are handled effectively and no opportunities are missed.
Where appropriate, you will re-engage prospects and support rebooking into sales pipelines. This role focuses on continuous improvement and helping maximise sales success and customer experience., What You'll Be Doing as a CRM Administrator:
- Review call quality and audit sales interactions
- Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records
- Review closed and lost opportunities to identify recovery opportunities
- Coordinate Sales Consultants' diaries and appointments
- Monitor lead follow-up and CRM usage
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Do you have experience in VoIP?, * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and able to challenge and suggest improvements
- HubSpot experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- HubSpot experience is essential
- Experience in Telecommunications or Technology is desirable
