Job description

We are looking for a CRM Administrator to support Sales and Marketing activity through CRM management and performance analysis. Using HubSpot CRM, you will analyse lead data, monitor sales activity, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and campaign performance., * Conducting call quality reviews and auditing sales interactions to maintain standards and identify improvement opportunities

  • Reviewing closed and lost opportunities to understand outcomes and identify potential recovery opportunities
  • Maintaining, challenging and administering CRM records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance with processes
  • Organisation, coordination, and route planning for all Sales Consultant's diaries
  • Processing and approving of documentation relating to booked appointments, updating our in-house CRM
  • Weekly meetings with Marketing/Account/Sales Manager to review call quality, team performance and discuss improvement opportunities
  • Assisting the Marketing/Account/Sales Department with any other ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

Do you have experience in VoIP?, You will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems to support sales and marketing activity. About you:

  • Previous experience in a CRM Administrator, CRM Coordinator, or CRM support role
  • HubSpot CRM experience is essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Experience auditing calls, systems, or internal processes
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience coordinating diaries and route planning is advantageous
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, VoIP, cloud telephony, or technology solutions is desirable, Other suitable skills and experience include CRM Coordinator, CRM Analyst, HubSpot Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Marketing CRM Executive, Data Analyst, Customer Operations Administrator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Marketing Operations Executive, Business Support Administrator.
