Our client is a specialist organisation delivering critical technology capabilities across the UK's Defence landscape. Their teams work on complex programmes that support national security and enable cutting-edge operational capability. They operate within highly secure environments and collaborate closely with government and industry partners to deliver impactful solutions. Due to continued programme growth, they are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to help shape and lead a new programme capability., As an IT Programme Manager, you will take ownership of delivering complex programmes across enterprise IT environments, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, cyber security and wider technology capability. The programme itself is evolving, meaning this role requires someone capable of helping shape delivery, influencing senior stakeholders, and establishing effective governance across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with senior leadership while leading programme teams and ensuring successful delivery across complex and highly regulated environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating as an IT Programme Manager or leading multiple IT projects within a programme structure
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including infrastructure, networking or cyber security programmes
- Experience working within highly regulated or secure environments (Defence, Government, Financial Services or similar)
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and operate within governance and leadership forums
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, programme budgets and delivery teams
- Sole British nationality required due to DV clearance eligibility, IT Programme Manager, Programme Delivery, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Networking, PMO, Programme Governance, Defence, Stakeholder Management, NSD
