Job description

Our digital tools and services help teachers and school leaders simplify workloads, improve efficiencies, and create the best possible learning environments. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with experience in scaled Agile frameworks to drive high quality, predictable delivery across our SaaS products. You'll empower cross functional teams, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of learning, ownership and continuous improvement. At Tes, exceptional delivery translates directly into real educational impact. You will be central to helping teams stay aligned, focused and consistently delivering value. Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support teams, strengthening Agile maturity across the organisation
  • Ensure initiatives are well defined, estimated and fully planned, meeting the Definition of Ready
  • Drive predictable, on time delivery by managing capacity, dependencies, risks and requirement changes
  • Facilitate key scaled Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment and strong cross team collaboration
  • Maintain healthy team backlogs with well defined stories, tasks and test cases
  • Champion focus and flow, ensuring teams work on the right priorities with minimal context switching
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and UX to ensure high quality, timely delivery
  • Lead rollout activities, stakeholder communication, hypercare support and initiative level retrospectives
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement across distributed teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

  • Experience delivering digital products (ideally SaaS or EdTech)
  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams or complex cross team initiatives

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean principles
  • Experience running or facilitating scaled ceremonies
  • Understanding of software development, DevOps or cloud technologies (desirable)

Skills

  • Skilled at planning, tracking and reporting on delivery metrics
  • Excellent communication across technical and non technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
  • Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
  • Capable of adapting Agile processes where beneficial and encouraging innovation
  • Comfortable in fast paced environments, balancing near term execution with long term improvements, * Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent)
  • Leadership / project management certifications such as SAFe, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, LeSS (desirable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management (desirable)
