Your journey with us As an SAP Data Manager at Deloitte Belgium, you will lead a talented team of data consultants in delivering transformative SAP data solutions. You will combine deep expertise in SAP technologies and data governance with strong leadership capabilities to oversee complex project deliverables and build lasting client relationships.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of SAP data migration and governance solutions (BODS Data Services, Syniti ADM, SNP CristalBridge, SAP MDG, Simple MDG, and modern ETL tools)
• Responsible for quality assurance, timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful solution adoption
• Lead client engagements, understand business needs, and develop comprehensive data strategies
• Provide strategic advisory on data governance, data management, and data migration best practices
• Manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels
• Stay current with latest SAP, AI, and data technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• S upport business development and identify growth opportunities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in SAP data transformation, data governance, or enterprise data initiatives, with 2-3 years in a leadership or senior technical role
• Strong expertise in data strategy, data governance frameworks, data architecture, and large-scale data processing in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven track record executing SAP data transformation projects with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
• Deep understanding of data governance, data management, and data migration principles
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French is valuable; English proficiency is essential
• Eligible to work in Belgium (valid work permit, EU citizenship, or equivalent authorization required)

Valued Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP data migration and governance tools (BODS, Syniti ADM, SNP CristalBridge, SAP MDG, or equivalent)
• Experience with AI-driven data solutions, SQL-based ETL tools, or modern data analytics platforms
• Track record leading or contributing to AI initiatives
• Experience managing P&L, commercial negotiations, budgets, and resource allocation
• Background in business development or client relationship management
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern data engineering practices
