Job description

  • Support the planning and execution of campaign flows - structuring how a story unfolds across multiple touchpoints and formats, ensuring each asset plays its role in the sequence while applying channel best practices, both digital and offline
  • Design campaign assets across digital channels - including paid ads, landing pages, email templates, and social media visuals - aligned to campaign goals and audience segments
  • Translate briefs into visual concepts that reflect Frekuent's brand identity and speak to B2B decision-makers (tech, operations, and revenue profiles)
  • Produce supporting materials for sales and events - brochures, presentations, roll-ups, and corporate collateral
  • Edit and reformat existing assets for different platforms, formats, and markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Use data and performance feedback to iterate and improve asset effectiveness, We move fast and keep the process simple. We're looking to hire as soon as possible.
  1. Introductory Call - a conversation with our People team to get to know you and share what life at Frekuent looks like
  2. Technical Interview - a deep-dive with our Marketing team to assess your portfolio, experience and skills
  3. Business Case Assessment: A take-home case where you demonstrate how you would create a segmented campaign, followed by a presentation to share your findings to our CMO and showcase how you create marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
  4. Cultural Fit: A conversation with the People Team to understand how your values, mindset, and way of working align with our team culture and the company's mission.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a design or creative role, ideally within a marketing or communications team
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop and Illustrator are a must
  • Working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and layout collaboration
  • A portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking - not just isolated visuals, but assets built with audience and purpose in mind
  • Understanding of B2B communication principles and how design supports conversion
  • Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Fluent in Spanish or English, with at least intermediate level in the other (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and KPIs to improve content performance
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills - you're not afraid to tackle challenges head-on
  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process
  • Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth
  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward
  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value

Your core mission is to translate Frekuent's brand and campaign strategy into compelling visual assets that drive engagement across B2B and B2B2C channels - from the first touchpoint to conversion. You'll own the visual execution of campaigns end-to-end, ensuring every asset communicates clearly to the right audience, in the right format, at the right moment.
