We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency., Infios is looking for an IT Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with already installed and delivered projects., * Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents, including root cause analysis.
- Develop and apply hotfixes in Java/Spring Boot and PL/SQL, and document issues and solutions clearly.
- Support customers via ticketing tools, email, and online meetings while ensuring SLAs are met.
- Collaborate with development and project teams when escalation is needed.
- Use logs and monitoring tools to identify errors and ensure system stability.
- Participate in scheduled on-call support rotations (weekday or weekend).
Requirements
- IT degree or equivalent experience with programming skills (ideally Java/Spring Boot, PL/SQL) and knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Experience in application or software support in critical operational environments, plus ability to analyze logs and use monitoring tools.
- Strong communication skills, proactive and confident personality, and structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently, with reliability, flexibility, commitment, and resilience.
- Excellent Spanish, good English and ideally experience with WMS, ERP, logistics, or similar systems.
- Willingness to join on-call rotations and occasionally travel to customer sites.
