Job description

A major UK Public Sector organisation is undertaking a significant transformation programme involving the takeover and support of existing Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) systems, alongside a strategic migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud., * Provide hands-on technical support across Oracle EBS HCM, particularly Core HR, UK Payroll, and related modules.

Develop and support integrations, reports, Fast Formulas (FF), SQL/PLSQL, and other technical components.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across custom objects, workflows, and existing EBS solutions.
Support performance tuning, form development, and technical enhancements.
Contribute to the migration path and technical design for the transition from EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Requirements

Strong hands-on knowledge of Core HR, UK Payroll, and related HCM modules within Oracle EBS.
Previous involvement in performance tuning and workflow troubleshooting.
Experience with custom form development and resolving Legacy/complex environments.
Exposure to or involvement in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM projects.
Public Sector implementation or support experience is highly desirable.
