IT Systems Infrastructure Analyst (AD, Azure, Windows Server, MS365, VMWare)

A leading IP firm are looking for an experienced Systems Infrastructure Analyst with experience managing 365 tenancy, AD, Azure, VMWare and Intune to join their team to implement and maintain Microsoft solutions both on-premises and in the cloud and to act as the main point of contact for escalated incidents from the Service Desk

Role remit includes:

• Ensuring all systems and applications are continuously improved and meet the evolving needs of the firm.
• Understanding the Microsoft Office/Windows roadmap and the required architecture to deliver an exceptional user experience, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Identifying opportunities to upgrade, enhance, migrate to SaaS or fully replace systems to meet business requirements.
• Effective problem management of platform issues.
• Ensuring security best practices are adhered to.
• Creating documentation of technical solutions and the creation of bibles and "How to documents"'
• Maintaining existing Windows Server infrastructure along with VMWare and networking equipment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within a professional services firm with strong technical skills in Windows Server/Active Directory, TCP/IP and Networking, Azure, managing an Office 365 tenant, Intune. You need to be people focussed with a solution orientated mindset and can work well under pressure and being a smallish IT team, be happy to muck in to help with the running of the IT function, sharing ideas and knowledge.
