Network & Infrastructure Engineer

Technical Leadership

• Lead the implementation of IT infrastructure across new building and modernization projects, with a strong focus on network and cabling systems
• Design and evaluate modern network architectures and related IT services
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade network components (including equipment from leading vendors such as CISCO)
• Conduct requirement analysis with end users and construction teams to define clear technical specifications
• Ensure seamless integration of all IT-relevant building trades and infrastructure components

Project Management & Coordination

• Structure, organise and drive project workflows from planning to go-live
• Collaborate closely with international technology teams as well as local external service providers
• Review and track requirements, resources, risks, and milestones alongside the project manager
• Manage escalations and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders
• Oversee workstreams of construction-adjacent trades and coordinate their activities with the IT delivery schedule

• Confident in navigating diverse and multi-disciplinary project environments
• Strong English language skills for international coordination / German is a string plus here
