Requirements

  • Ambitious and confident PM who is looking for growth and wants to progress within the organization.
  • Great skills in effective project set-up, project planning, budget and resource control, project managing, reporting and process optimization.
  • Owning the end-to-end process. Looking at the current project process and implementing optimisations and improvements.
  • Be a Self-Starter. Our team needs to be enthusiastic, open to change and innovation, flexible with approach and eager to get involved. Share ideas, share innovations, and process optimisation ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ask the right questions to understand the project scope, absorb the details from the brief, and prepare a plan of action for all parties involved as well as listening to any concerns flagged by the team and working with them to find solutions. Should be quick to flag any issues potentially impacting delivery.
  • Flexibility to accept a change of plans or bumps in the road, formulate a new plan and help the team adapt.
  • A solutions & detail-oriented mindset. Work with various groups to understand the scope of what's requested and negotiate fair timelines or find creative solutions to the problem at hand.
  • Able to demonstrate first-hand experience in experience design, development, SEO or Analytics
  • Commercially savvy - be comfortable with all levels of commercial conversations covering scoping, budget planning and prioritization, scope negotiation, revenue reporting, resource planning and forecasting and empowering client services team with the right data to have commercial conversations., * At least 3 years in a Project Manager role in a digital agency or similar.
  • Tech / Data knowledge applied to digital projects: frontend / backend technologies, Google Analytics, automation tools, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Essential to have worked with a project planning and management tool.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite & Keynote
  • Spanish and English (High level required)
