As (Senior) Consultant SAP Master Data Governance you will bring your experience in implementing the best data processes and solutions for our clients in the field of SAP Master Data Management Framework. How do you do this?
The SAP Data Market Offering is looking for an experienced senior consultant to enhance the team's capabilities across various projects. These projects span data migrations & transformations, data governance, and extensive S/4HANA transformations. The role provides opportunities for exposure to multiple industries, offering the freedom to select an area of focus and contribute to the development of Deloitte's market offerings.
You will engage in large-scale migrations, overseeing data management, implementing governance procedures, and handling the transformation & standardization of data. This includes managing overarching data strategies and maintaining data quality.
As a Senior consultant you will:
- Build capability and lead a small team to deliver the MDM activities and scope;
- Be responsible for designing and building the MDG solution;
- Set up base line configurations, relevant BC Set(s) activation, Data Modelling enhancements, UI Model enhancements, Process Modelling, Workflow configuration, DIF and DRF, MDG Consolidation and Mass change, DQM and Process Analytics;
- Work on migration of an existing master data into MDG hub, Validation & Derivation using BADI's and BRF+;
- Be responsible for interacting with business users/ functional leads for requirement gathering and providing timely updates on progress made.;
- Implement data harmonization strategies and approaches to allow centralization of data and processes, including defining the required governance structure;
- Define the strategy around mapping business processes concerning Master Data Management and the related impact on the integrated data landscape of the organization;
- Coordinate and driving cross functional design topics across the organization to define the data integration requirements;
- Bring innovation within different aspects of Data management with the goal of improving operations and systems.

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Business & Information Management, Information Sciences or other beta Masters;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the field of business process improvements and You have substantive expertise in the field of MDM in combination with SAP;
- Minimum of 5+ years working experience in the field of SAP Master Data activities, SAP process knowledge;
- Experience in S/4 HANA migration projects;
- Experience with MDG Fiori Apps;
- Experience with Web Services/SOA manager configuration for search, retrieve and replicate scenarios;
- Knowledge in enhancements w.r.t BADI's which are used in MDG
- Experienced in SAP MDG implementation on S/4 Hana for Finance, Customer, Supplier and Material master data and master data related business processes;
- In depth knowledge on SAP Master Data configurations, CVI, Key mapping and Value mapping;
- Demonstrable affinity with Data and IT and you have knowledge in the field of SAP in general and LSMW, Syniti, data analytics, SAP MDG and/or SAP BODS specifically;
- Experience in working in and managing MDM projects, leading data related design workshops, while building client relationships;
