Who are you? - 0-2 years of professional or academic experience with AI/ML concepts or software engineering background with AI / ML self-study. Comfortable with Python or similar languages for implementing workflows and integrations. - A curious and analytical mindset : You enjoy breaking down complex business problems - Familiarity with AI frameworks : You understand their purpose and when to use them - Understanding of AI workflow concepts : You know what agents are and how they differ from traditional AI - Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices: You craft concise, context-rich prompts, iterate and evaluate outputs, and apply constraints/guardrails for accuracy and safety. - Eager to learn and experiment with new AI patterns and architectures - Effective communication skills : You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
