Application Specialist

• Act as the lead application specialist for Compucare 8, supporting the implementation and organisational roll-out of the system.
• Manage the configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of Compucare 8 to ensure effective system performance.
• Provide specialist support for clinical and operational applications, ensuring reliability and efficiency
• Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT, translating user queries and requirements into practical system solutions
• Support system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and integrations
• Work with external suppliers and system vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver system enhancements
• Develop documentation, user guidance and training materials to support effective system adoption
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise the value of digital systems

• Demonstrable experience managing or supporting CompuCare 8
• Experience supporting the implementation or roll-out of a patient administration or clinical system
• Experience working within a healthcare environment
• Strong business analysis capability, with the ability to translate operational queries into system improvements and effective application usage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
