Job description
- Act as the lead application specialist for Compucare 8, supporting the implementation and organisational roll-out of the system.
- Manage the configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of Compucare 8 to ensure effective system performance.
- Provide specialist support for clinical and operational applications, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT, translating user queries and requirements into practical system solutions
- Support system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and integrations
- Work with external suppliers and system vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver system enhancements
- Develop documentation, user guidance and training materials to support effective system adoption
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise the value of digital systems
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing or supporting CompuCare 8
- Experience supporting the implementation or roll-out of a patient administration or clinical system
- Experience working within a healthcare environment
- Strong business analysis capability, with the ability to translate operational queries into system improvements and effective application usage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
