• Previous Business Analysis experience
• Web/App experience
• System integration experience
• Ecommerce background
• Customer facing digital apps experience would be highly desirable
• Understanding Data flows and API integration
• Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
• Record processes and requirements clearly for both current and future states.
• Work with product teams and vendors to create top solutions.
• Foster relationships across IT and business for effective delivery.
• Strong understanding of web, app, integration's, APIs, and customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
